Drunken Cowboy Beef Ribs with Smoky Pear Relish

4-5 lbs. quality Beef ribs
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
Coarse sea salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Witherspoon’s Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Smoky Pear Relish
How to:
Season the ribs with salt, pepper and garlic. Brown in a
skillet at 300 degrees. In a medium sauce pan, mix and heat
1 1/2 cups of Witherspoon’s Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey,
1 cup dark brown sugar.
Pour all the heated sauce over the browned ribs. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour the Smoky Pear Relish over the ribs, cover and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours, turning ribs occasionally.
