Creole Red Gravy & Grilled Andouille Sausage
1-2 packages of authentic Creole Andouille Sausage
2 Cloves of Garlic- minced
22 ounces of spicy tomato juice
6 ounces of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of pure cane sugar
Add a healthy pat of butter to a cast iron skillet or dutch oven
and melt over medium/high heat. Add minced garlic and onions.
Cook until onions are translucent. Add the Andouille Sausage
and all remaining ingredients. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
*Serve over a bed of hot rice or on a buttery,
toasted Po Boy bun. Top with Olde Homestead Company’s
